We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Billie Eilish merchandise; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
